V’ahavtah is a spiritual community devoted to practicing Judaism beyond Zionism. We are rooted in the richness of Jewish tradition and guided by the ethical imperative of V’ahavtah – and you shall love. We honor our diasporic histories, center the liberation of Palestinians and all peoples as integral to Jewish liberation, and build Jewish life that is joyful and alive with justice and integrity. Our mission is to gather, learn, and practice in ways that heal what has been fractured: between peoples, within Jewish identity, and across generations. We are here to remember who we are, imagine who we might become, and enact love in a broken world.
Volunteer Needs
V’ahavtah volunteers help build a joyful, justice-rooted Jewish community through ritual, education, mutual aid, hospitality, organizing, and creative spiritual practice.
