About / Mission
The Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom US Section (WILPF US) is a membership organization founded in 1915 by Jane Addams and international women dedicated to creating a world at peace with human rights and social and economic justice for all. We are a multi-issue, radical peace organization committed to non-violent systemic transformation.
Volunteer Needs
We invite volunteers to mobilize with us in one of our 40 local branches, and with our national issue committees in focus areas such as disarmament, Middle East peace and justice, earth democracy and economic justice.
