Housing First Umpqua is a volunteer based housing and homelessness advocacy organization. HFU focuses on both individual and systemic advocacy and education. This includes engaging those living rough outside in become active participants in making the systemic change needed to end homelessness in our community, while we better and more humanely manage the problem of so many living outside until we do.
