Berkeley Copwatch is an all volunteer group that seeks to hold police accountable and to challenge the growth of policing and the militarization of the police. We directly observe police conduct and train others to know and assert their rights when confronted by police or acting as a witness for others.
Volunteer Needs
We are currently looking for volunteers who can help us:
*stop flock mass surveillance
*patrol areas and document police activity
* provide trainings to community groups
* data input and manage video
* create educational videos on police related topics
* And more!
